Aneta Florczyk is the only woman in the world to have won the title of the world's strongest woman four times, and also the one who has broken the 500 kg barrier in powerlifting, reaching 507.5 kg. She was a member of the national team in bench press and powerlifting from 1999 to 2001, and she also has several Guinness Records and gold medals collected in the world and European Strongwoman championships. Sometimes she returns to moments from strength competitions, but she no longer lifts weights professionally, but she plans diets.
In the early 2000s, Poland went crazy about strongmen. Fans of strongmen watched the struggles of Mariusz Pudzianowski and other Poles taking part in weightlifting competitions. Women also lifted huge weights, and Aneta Florczyk, who is now passionate about dietetics, has achieved considerable success. Years ago, she herself underwent a metamorphosis, which she boasted about on the Internet. She lost a few kilos by changing her diet to ketogenic, and she no longer looks the same as she used to.
Aneta Florczyk holds Guinness World Records on a horseAneta Florczyk fell in love with weightlifting in high school. "The physical education teacher took us to the gym and told us to do the simplest exercise — bench press. I gained 25 kg, the most out of all the girls. The teacher then put me in touch with my trainer. [...] I started going to competitions, good results came very quickly and I fell in love with this sport," she said in an interview with sport.dziennik.pl.

The strongwoman became known to a wider audience by taking part in the TVP 2 entertainment program "Gwiazdy tańczą na lodzie". She also appeared on foreign television stations, where she was a Guinness record holder, e.g. in crushing a frying pan with her hands...

"These were quite funny competitions, I also lifted men above my head. I have several of these Guinness records, including in rolling a frying pan. It wasn't like I came up with the idea of rolling a frying pan myself, such a record had already been set and I simply received an invitation to break it," the sportswoman said in an interview with tvmalbork.pl.
After ending her sports career, Aneta Florczyk disappeared from television, but for years she has been running an Instagram account, where it is clear that she has started a family and enjoys being a mother.
"Apart from my sporting achievements, I am first and foremost a wife and mother. My passions include spending time with my family, cooking and sharing my knowledge and experience in healthy eating. I believe in simplicity and effectiveness – there is no need to complicate your diet and training when you can achieve your goal in a simple and natural way," Florczyk writes on her website, where you can purchase her nutritional plans.
